The Master in Land Administration and Development program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia offers a comprehensive curriculum consisting of 5 core courses, 4 elective courses, and 1 University course. Alongside these subjects, students are expected to undertake a Master Project worth 8 credits, allowing them to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical context. Successful completion of the program requires students to accumulate a total of 46 credits. Throughout their studies, students will be evaluated through assignments, presentations, and a final examination. By fulfilling the credit requirements and demonstrating their understanding through assessments, students will be eligible to graduate with a Master in Land Administration and Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Entry Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree with good honours from Universiti Technology Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate
• A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the relevant field recognised by the Senate.
