The Master of Assets and Facilities Management program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia offers a comprehensive curriculum consisting of 5 core courses, 5 elective courses, and 1 University course. These courses cover a wide range of topics related to assets and facilities management, providing students with a solid foundation in the field. Additionally, students are required to undertake a Master Project, worth 8 credits, which allows them to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical setting.

Entry Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree with good honours from Universiti Technology Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
• A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the relevant field recognised by the Senate.
