The Master of Engineering program with a specialization in Bioprocess at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is a full-time master's program that combines taught courses and research. This program is designed to provide students with comprehensive technical knowledge in the advanced field of bioprocess engineering. It covers various aspects such as biotechnology, industrial bioprocessing, facilities and infrastructures in bioprocess engineering, and bioproduct development. Through this program, students gain expertise in the application of engineering principles to the field of bioprocessing, preparing them for careers in industries related to biotechnology and bioproduct development.

Entry Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree: Candidates should possess a good honors bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or an equivalent qualification. The degree should have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5 and above. The bachelor's degree should provide a solid foundation in civil engineering principles and relevant coursework.

• Lower Degree Grade with Working Experience: In certain cases, candidates with a lower degree grade may be considered for admission if they have sufficient working experience in the field. The working experience should demonstrate practical knowledge and skills in civil engineering.
