Master of Engineering in Hydraulic & Hydrology at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Our program offers an enriched and comprehensive understanding of Hydraulics, Hydrology, Coastal Engineering, and Water Resources Management within the realm of Civil Engineering. It equips students with essential knowledge in addressing the challenges posed by climate change and urbanization, particularly in relation to water resource concerns, floods, sedimentation, and coastal erosion.

Entry Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Candidates should possess a good honors bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or an equivalent qualification. The degree should have a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.5 and above. The bachelor's degree should provide a solid foundation in civil engineering principles and relevant coursework.
  • Lower Degree Grade with Working Experience: In certain cases, candidates with a lower degree grade may be considered for admission if they have sufficient working experience in the field. The working experience should demonstrate practical knowledge and skills in civil engineering.
