The Master of Philosophy Physics by Research program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is a rigorous and specialized program designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of physics through independent research. The program's primary objective is to foster graduates who excel in the field of physics, equipped with advanced knowledge, critical thinking skills, and research capabilities. Under the guidance of experienced faculty members, students pursue independent research projects in various areas of physics, including quantum mechanics, particle physics, condensed matter physics, astrophysics, and optics. Entry Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree with good honours from Universiti Technology Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate.

• A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in the relevant field recognised by the Senate.
