The Master of Philosophy in Real Estate (Research) at UTM University Malaysia is offered by the Faculty of Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Urban and Regional Planning, and Transportation Planning This program is conducted entirely in research mode, allowing students to undertake original research under the guidance of experienced supervisors. This approach ensures a focus on developing specialized knowledge and skills in the real estate field.

Entry Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with good honours in a relevant field from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institutions of higher learning recognised by the UTM Senate.
