The Master of Science (Construction Contract Management) program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is designed with the understanding that project managers and contract managers can enhance their skills in evaluating and selecting appropriate contracting systems by having a strong foundation in construction law principles and operational aspects of project procurement and contracting systems. Contract managers play a crucial role in monitoring the cost, scope, quality, and timeline of projects, ensuring compliance with contract conditions. Their expertise significantly impacts the financial and overall success of projects or organizations. This program equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently and effectively manage contracts, meeting the economic, legal, cost, time, and quality requirements of construction projects.

Entry Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree with good honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
• A qualification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and experience in the relevant field recognised by the Senate.
