The Master of Science in Engineering Education program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia is designed to provide graduates with Bachelor's degrees in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Science, Computer Science, and Mathematics with opportunities to explore the field of education in engineering. The program incorporates the science of engineering education, encompassing educational philosophy, teaching and learning methods, and assessment and evaluation, into its curriculum. Graduates will be equipped to pursue careers as lecturers, researchers, engineering education consultants and trainers, policy makers in engineering education, and entrepreneurs in training centers. They will contribute to the development of dynamic, credible, and holistic engineers who can enhance the nation's competitiveness. Through research in engineering education, graduates will improve the quality of the education system and address challenges related to teaching and learning in the field of engineering education.
