The Master of Science (M.Sc) in Herbal Technology at UTM University Malaysia is designed to capitalize on the rapid growth of the herbal industry, which presents unique investment opportunities The program is offered by the Institute of Bioproduct Development (IBD) and is a taught, modular-based master’s program focusing on the technological aspects of developing herbal-based products

As the only program of its kind globally, it aims to fulfill the demand for skilled professionals in the herbal industry This program is expected to significantly contribute to the development of human capital, fostering growth in the herbal sector both in Malaysia and worldwide.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree in any field of engineering, science or technology with Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 3.0/4.0 or equivalent from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other Institutions of Higher Learning recognized by the Senate.
