The Master of Science (Real Estate) program at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia offers a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses 5 core courses, 4 elective courses, and 1 University course. Additionally, students are expected to undertake a Master Project worth 6 credits, providing them with an opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical setting. Successful completion of the program requires students to accumulate a total of 45 credits. Throughout their studies, students will be assessed through assignments, presentations, and a final examination. By meeting the credit requirements and demonstrating their understanding through assessments, students will be eligible to graduate with a Master of Science (Real Estate) degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Entry Requirement

• A Bachelor’s Degree with good honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
