The Master in Real Estate at UTM University Malaysia comprises 5 core courses, 4 elective courses, and 1 university course In addition to these subjects, students must submit a Master Project worth 6 credits 

To graduate, students are required to complete a total of 45 credits The assessment methods include assignments, presentations, and a final examination, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of their understanding and skills in the field of real estate.

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree with good honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate.
