The Master in Petroleum Geoscience program at UTP University is an interdisciplinary field that integrates geoscience principles and quantitative methods to discover and develop commercial oil and gas fields. It involves interpreting, predicting, and managing risks and uncertainties in the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbon resources. Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS's MSc in Petroleum Geoscience is designed to train young graduates and industry professionals in comprehensive approaches, methods, and techniques for exploring and evaluating new oil and gas fields, as well as characterizing reservoirs.
