The School of Energy and Chemical Engineering at Xiamen University Malaysia offers research-mode postgraduate programs with flexible monthly intakes. This includes our Master of Science (MSc) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs in Chemical Engineering.

These advanced postgraduate programs are designed for students who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degrees and wish to further their research. They are fully supported by the prestigious College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at our main campus.

Our researchers benefit from close affiliation with XMU's top-tier facilities, such as the Department of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. They also gain access to the National Engineering Laboratory for Green Chemical Productions of Alcohols-Ethers-Esters.

Additionally, students collaborate with the State-Province Joint Engineering Laboratory of Power Source Technology for New Energy Vehicles. The Engineering Research Centre of Electrochemical Technology also stands at the forefront of this program's pioneering research.

Entry Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum Cumulative Grade PointAverage (CGPA) of 2.75
